Shipping Policy:
Shop from the comfort of your home and get all your furniture delivered to your home with FREE SHIPPING plus save on the hassle of loading and unloading the heavy items in your vehicle, not having to deal with traffic and store madness - especially around the holidays!

Our furniture will usually ship out within 10-15 business days via UPS or a freight trucking agency. Free shipping within the Continental US (48 states). Our carriers provide curb side delivery and do not provide white glove or in-house delivery. We can not ship to PO or APO boxes.

We send you tracking info and then our freight drivers will be contacting you when they get within about 24 hours of your area to schedule a time for delivery. Please provide the best contact number when placing your order so they will be able to contact you when needed. We will send you tracking info as well once the furniture leaves the shop.

All our log furniture products are covered by a 20-year limited warranty. See specifics below.

Damage upon arrival:
When Your Merchandise Arrives - Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Check the Bill of Lading and verify that the quantity of packages delivered agrees with what the Bill of Lading indicates left the factory. You may have to open the cartons, in the case of motor freight, to look for transit damage. Please do not sign the Bill of Lading until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition. If you should discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. You must sign the Bill of Lading with a note describing the damage you see...and simply refuse the shipment. Contact our office at 406.889.3728  with damage questions.

Although damage claims are rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against freight damage when you identify damage on the Bill of Lading.

What Does The Twenty Year Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers structural defect or aesthetic damage due to negligence by the manufacturer or the shipping agency. The terms "structural defect" and "aesthetic damage" shall be defined on a per item basis. This warranty lasts for a period of twenty years from the date of original purchase.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect or acts of God (such as flood, fire or tornado). Also, this warranty does not include fading, discoloration or cracking due to exposure to sunlight or weather. The solid wood, edge-glued panels used in case goods, tables, nightstands, etc. are not intended for exterior use. Placement and/or use under such conditions will void this warranty. Failure to properly protect this product by the proper application and periodic re-application of a quality consumer grade or better finish such as lacquer, varnish or exterior grade, weather resistant stain per the finish manufacturer's directions and is applicable to the products intended use, will void this warranty.

How Do You Get Repairs?
In order to be eligible for warranted repairs, replacement or refund, you must either contact us within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase or present a copy of the original receipt with the date and location of original purchase. Please be prepared to send pictures of the item in question showing the specific damage or defect resulting in the claim.
